Authenticated command manipulation via unneutralized CL parameters

Command injection in IBMi 7.3 through 7.6 allows local authenticated attackers to alter CL command behavior through crafted parameters. The Debug Server passes attacker-controlled parameter text into a CL command without neutralizing special elements, so injected parameters change the intended operation. Exploitation requires a local low-privileged account and can expose or modify data within the affected command's authority.
