Processor reset via unguarded application-monitor table dereference

NULL pointer dereference in NASA Core Flight System HS through 7.0.1 allows remote attackers to crash cFS with an enable-app-monitor command. The HS_EnableAppMonCmd path calls HS_AppMonStatusRefresh, which directly dereferences HS_AppData.AMTablePtr when the application-monitor table was registered but not loaded. Exploitation requires the table pointer to remain NULL after initialization; the crash terminates the cFS process and triggers a processor reset.
