Unauthenticated upload disclosure via unchecked REST retrieval

Information disclosure in Pixelite Events Manager before 7.4 allows remote attackers to retrieve temporary uploads through a REST request. The events-manager/v1/uploads GET route returns the file selected by a supplied temp_id without authenticating the requester or authorizing access to that upload. Exploitation requires prior knowledge of the high-entropy identifier, which is disclosed only to the uploader and expires after submission or scheduled cleanup, so guessing alone cannot expose another user's file.
