UI spoofing via crafted HTML page
Published Jul 30, 2026 · Updated Jul 30, 2026
UI spoofing in Google Chrome for iOS before 151.0.7922.72 allows remote attackers to misrepresent browser UI via a crafted HTML page. Google identifies the affected locus only as Chrome for iOS and keeps the linked Chromium issue restricted, so the incorrect operation on untrusted HTML is undisclosed. Exploitation requires a user to open the crafted page; the published impact is limited to misleading displayed interface information.
