Process-memory disclosure via missing pixel-buffer checks

Information disclosure in WebGL in Google Chrome before 151.0.7922.72 allows remote attackers to read process memory via crafted HTML. Two WebGL2 texSubImage2D overloads fail to reject DOM-source texture uploads while a pixel unpack buffer is bound, causing buffer-backed memory to be read instead of returning INVALID_OPERATION. A target must load the attacker's page; the disclosed data is limited to Chrome process memory, with no reported write or code-execution impact.
