UI spoofing in Navigation in Google Chrome before 151.0.7922.72 allows remote attackers to misrepresent browser UI via crafted HTML. The Navigation component insufficiently validates untrusted page input before presenting security-relevant interface information; Chromium has not disclosed the affected code path while its issue remains restricted. Exploitation requires a previously compromised renderer process and attacker-controlled HTML, and the disclosed consequence is deceptive UI rather than browser-process code execution.
