Authenticated file disclosure via SVG path traversal
Published Feb 15, 2026 · Updated Feb 15, 2026
Path traversal in BdThemes Element Pack Addons for Elementor 8.3.17 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read server files. The SVG widget's render_svg function reads a caller-influenced path without restricting the resolved file to an intended directory. Contributor-level WordPress access is sufficient, and the reported consequence is limited to disclosure of files readable by the web server process.
