Cross-origin data disclosure via crafted HTML
Published Jul 30, 2026 · Updated Jul 30, 2026
Cross-origin data exposure in DataTransfer in Google Chrome before 151.0.7922.72 allows remote attackers to leak data via crafted HTML. The restricted Chromium issue does not disclose which DataTransfer operation mishandles origin boundaries or how the page extracts protected content. A target must load attacker-controlled HTML in a vulnerable browser; the published impact is limited to cross-origin data disclosure.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
