Authenticated arbitrary file read via path traversal

Path traversal in Camaleon CMS 2.4.5.0 through 2.9.0 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files. The AWS S3 uploader's download_private_file path passes the file parameter to fetch_file without applying valid_folder_path?, so traversal sequences resolve outside the intended storage path. Any registered account can reach the flaw, but only deployments using CamaleonCmsAwsUploader are exposed; exploitation discloses files readable by the server process.
