CVE-2026-17610

Service interruption via dropped 802.15.4 acknowledgment

Published Aug 27, 2026 · Updated Aug 27, 2026

Denial of service in Silicon Labs Simplicity SDK 2026.6.0 and earlier allows attackers to interrupt device service. Silicon Labs identifies the RAIL 802.15.4 multiplexer as the locus but has not published the internal operation that drops the acknowledgment. Reachability requires an EFR32MG24 or EFR32MG26 device running concurrent multiprotocol Zigbee and Thread under high traffic, and the bounded outcome is service interruption.
