Plaintext recovery via unrotated AES-GCM keys

Cryptographic key misuse in Kong Event Gateway 1.0.0 through 1.1.1 and 1.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to recover plaintext. The AWS IAM encryption feature keeps random-nonce AES-GCM keys in use beyond the NIST SP 800-38D usage limit instead of rotating them automatically. Exploitation requires the feature to be enabled, sustained high-rate production without an instance reboot, and an authorized consumer able to detect a nonce collision; exposure is limited to parts of affected message plaintext.
