Arbitrary file upload in seezee WP FOFT Loader 2.1.39 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to write files to the server. WP_FOFT_Loader_Mimes::file_and_ext incorrectly validates uploaded file types and accepts dangerous types during the upload check. Author-level WordPress access is required; remote code execution follows only when the server executes an uploaded file.
