Unauthenticated SSRF via unvalidated request-target concatenation

SSRF in Robert Rothenberg's Plack::App::Prerender before 0.3.0 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary-host responses via crafted request targets. The call routine appends REQUEST_URI directly to a string rewrite base without requiring a leading slash, so an @-prefixed target converts the base host into URI userinfo. An unauthenticated raw request can therefore reach internal hosts visible to the server and return their rendered content, but cannot change the configured scheme.
