Unauthenticated crash via unchecked empty-sequence access

Null pointer dereference in llama.cpp commits d006858 and e15efe0 allows remote attackers to crash llama-server via a crafted JSON Schema pattern. _visit_pattern calls seq.back() without confirming that the sequence contains an element when it handles a quantifier, so a malformed pattern dereferences an empty vector. The server path is unauthenticated when its HTTP API is exposed, and successful exploitation interrupts that server process without reported data disclosure or modification.
