Remote code execution via unrestricted Tauri shell capability

Command injection in codexu NoteGen before 0.32.0 allows remote attackers to execute operating system commands through webview script execution. The default Tauri capability manifests grant shell:allow-execute for bash, python, and python3 with unrestricted arguments, exposing plugin:shell|execute to webview JavaScript. Exploitation requires attacker-controlled script to run in the application webview, such as through chat XSS, and executes commands with the NoteGen process privileges.
