Subscriber data exposure via unchecked AJAX handlers
Published Feb 11, 2026 · Updated Feb 11, 2026
Missing authorization in Invoct 1.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read invoice clients, items, users, and email addresses. Four WordPress AJAX handlers in KirilKirkovWpInvoices.php return invoice-client, invoice-item, and WordPress user records without checking the caller's capabilities. Subscriber-level access is sufficient; the disclosed WordPress user records include email addresses, while no data modification or service interruption is reported.
