Authenticated local file disclosure via scheme bypass

Information disclosure in OpenClaw-CN openclaw-cn 0.2.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read local files through the browser API. assertBrowserNavigationAllowed validates only HTTP and HTTPS URLs, returns early for other schemes, and passes file URLs to Chrome's CDP tab-creation sink. Exploitation requires a valid browser-control token and a locally available Chrome or Chromium instance; snapshots expose only files readable by the service account.
