CVE-2026-1741Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Root command execution via unsanitized debug parameter

Published Feb 2, 2026 · Updated Feb 2, 2026

Command injection in EFM Networks ipTIME A8004T 14.18.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as root through the debug interface. The show_debug_screen handler passes the cmd parameter directly to popen and returns command output in the HTTP response. Exploitation requires remote support to be enabled, a non-default administrator password, a valid privileged session, and the hardcoded magic value.
