Unauthenticated service crash via unchecked UDR response

Null pointer dereference in free5GC PCF 1.4.0 through 1.4.1 allows remote attackers to crash the service via an HTTP request. HandleCreateSmPolicyRequest reads response.SmPolicyData before checking whether a failed downstream UDR request returned a nil response. No authentication or user interaction is required, but the request must cause the UDR lookup to return no response; the resulting panic terminates the PCF process.
