SGW-C crash via invalid session state

Reachable assertion in Open5GS 2.7.0 through 2.7.6 allows remote attackers to crash SGW-C through crafted GTPv2-C messages. The SGW-C handler accepts an invalid PAA PDN type from a CreateSessionResponse, preserves the resulting invalid session_type, and later reaches ogs_assert_if_reached() while processing CreateBearerRequest. Exploitation requires GTPv2-C access as a PGW and a follow-up control-plane request; the abort terminates only the SGW-C process.
