Unauthenticated command execution via unsanitized host_time

OS command injection in TOTOLINK X6000R through V9.4.0cu.1498_B20250826 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. The NTPSyncWithHost function directly concatenates the user-controlled host_time value into a shell command without neutralizing space-delimited payloads. Any network user who can reach the router's web interface can exploit the flaw without authentication, gaining command execution on the device.
