Unauthenticated refund creation via unchecked order identifiers

IDOR in WCFM Marketplace 3.7.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to create refund requests for arbitrary orders and items. The wcfm-refund-requests-form AJAX controller accepts attacker-selected order and item identifiers without authenticating the requester or verifying order ownership. The request changes marketplace state, and automatic refund approval must be enabled for it to directly produce financial loss.
