Unauthenticated code execution via attacker-controlled paths
Published Aug 14, 2026 · Updated Aug 14, 2026
Code execution in the Db2 Mirror GUI in releases 7.4, 7.5, and 7.6 allows remote attackers to run arbitrary code via crafted paths. IBM identifies external control of a file name or path but does not disclose the affected GUI handler or the unsafe file operation. Unauthenticated network access is sufficient; successful exploitation grants code execution in the product's security context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
