Unauthenticated arbitrary file write via path traversal
Published Aug 14, 2026 · Updated Aug 14, 2026
Path traversal in the Db2 Mirror GUI 7.4, 7.5, and 7.6 allows remote attackers to write files to arbitrary locations. IBM has not published the affected request handler or the operation that fails to confine attacker-controlled path elements to an intended directory. Network access to the GUI is sufficient; authentication and user interaction are not required, and exploitation changes files outside the intended directory.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
