Elevated registry-key deletion via unvalidated input

Input validation in Lenovo Vantage and Lenovo Baiying before 1.0.8.15 allows local users to delete arbitrary registry keys with elevated privileges. DeviceSettingsSystemAddin fails to constrain a registry-key input before performing the selected deletion with elevated privileges. Exploitation requires local authenticated access and can remove protected configuration that the user otherwise lacks permission to delete.
