Author-level stored XSS via unescaped Button Code
Published Aug 15, 2026 · Updated Aug 15, 2026
Stored XSS in FastLine Media LLC Beaver Builder Page Builder 2.10.2.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts. The Button Module's Button Code setting stores attacker-controlled markup without sufficient input sanitization and renders it without sufficient output escaping when the page is viewed. A WordPress role with edit_posts, including Author by default, can plant code that executes in a visitor's browser with that visitor's page privileges.
