CVE-2026-17032Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Site takeover via injected magic-header command shell

Published Aug 6, 2026 · Updated Aug 6, 2026

Backdoored Supsystic Pro plugin builds allow remote attackers to execute commands and take full control of affected WordPress sites. The injected index.php trusts a magic X-Forwarded-Validation header, executes commands from the POST body or c parameter, and exposes arbitrary file reads or URL fetches. Any unauthenticated HTTP request with the embedded header value reaches the shell; the code also creates an administrator and exfiltrates site credentials.
