API secret disclosure via authorization-free REST route
Published Aug 26, 2026 · Updated Aug 26, 2026
Improper access control in WPLP Legal Pages before 3.7.1 allows remote attackers to retrieve API secrets through a REST route. The get_user_dashboard_data REST handler returns stored account data, including the connected service API secret, without checking authorization. The site must have an active cloud-service connection; disclosure enables account-detail access and integration disconnection.
