Unauthenticated shipping-label disclosure via unchecked download endpoint

Broken access control in DHL Shipping Germany for WooCommerce before 4.0.1 allows remote attackers to download stored shipping labels. The waybill download endpoint accepts sequential label identifiers without checking login state, capability, nonce, or order ownership. Any network client that can reach the WordPress site can enumerate identifiers and read customers' full names, postal addresses, and order references.
