Unauthenticated order status changes via unchecked identifiers

Missing authorization in Tamara Checkout 1.9.9.20 and earlier allows remote attackers to change arbitrary WooCommerce order statuses. The public tamara-payment-cancel and tamara-payment-fail handlers accept a numeric wcOrderId and update the matching order without checking its order key, a nonce, a request signature, or user capability. No account or user interaction is required; identifier enumeration can cancel or fail orders store-wide and trigger stock-release and notification side effects.
