Unauthenticated command execution via unsanitized Host header
Published Jan 30, 2026 · Updated Jan 30, 2026
Command injection in the Tenda HG10 Login Interface firmware US_HG7_HG9_HG10re_300001138_en_xpon allows remote attackers to execute commands. The checkUserFromLanOrWan function passes the user-controlled Host value into an ifconfig-and-grep shell command without sanitizing shell metacharacters. The unauthenticated Boa formLogin endpoint exposes command execution with the privileges of the web server process, affecting device confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
