Unauthenticated CLI command execution via WebGUI message tampering

Authentication bypass in NEC UNIVERGE IX-R/IX-V 1.1 through 1.3, 1.4.21 through 1.4.28, and 1.5.23 allows remote attackers to run CLI commands. The WebGUI processes attacker-tampered messages without enforcing authentication, exposing its CLI execution function. The HTTP(S) server must be enabled and network-reachable; no credentials or user interaction are required, and successful exploitation grants device command execution.
