Code execution and credential theft via unsafe parsing

Memory corruption and SSRF in Snowflake libsnowflakeclient before 2.9.2 allow remote authenticated users to execute code or steal credentials. The download path decodes crafted encryption metadata into undersized stack and output buffers, while request URL construction accepts attacker-controlled connection attributes without validation. Exploitation requires write access to a shared internal stage followed by a victim download, or control of connection parameters used with higher-privileged service credentials; the PHP PDO and ODBC drivers embed the affected library.
