Remote process crash via missing VolumeMeasurement

Denial of service in free5GC SMF 4.0 and 4.1.0 allows remote attackers to crash the process through a malformed PFCP report. HandleReports dereferences an absent VolumeMeasurement field while processing a UsageReport with the USAR flag, triggering an unrecovered panic. The request must reference a valid session with an established UPF association; success terminates SMF.
