Remote process crash via missing PFCP NodeID

NULL pointer dereference in free5GC SMF 4.0 and 4.1.0 allows remote attackers to crash the process via a malformed PFCP request. HandlePfcpAssociationReleaseRequest dereferences the request's NodeID before checking whether the mandatory information element is present, and the unrecovered panic terminates SMF. Exploitation requires UDP reachability to the PFCP endpoint, normally from the UPF network path, and causes a service interruption rather than data disclosure or modification.
