Unauthenticated geoblocking bypass via default secret key

Authorization bypass in Advanced Country Blocker 2.3.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to evade geolocation blocking via a URL parameter. The activation routine initializes the secret bypass key to a predictable default, and the request gate accepts that key from a query parameter. Exploitation requires a site whose administrator left the installation default unchanged; successful requests temporarily whitelist the attacker's IP and reach content that country or IP policy should block.
