Session bus crash via file-descriptor exhaustion

Denial of service in dbus-broker on affected Red Hat products allows local users to crash the session bus by exhausting file descriptors. During peer setup, EMFILE or ENFILE errors from SO_PEERPIDFD propagate as fatal failures, so the broker exits instead of dropping the new connection. Exploitation requires local access or a Flatpak application in the same user session and disrupts that desktop session.
