Windows service interruption via USB driver overflow

A buffer overflow in Panasonic servo-support products allows attackers to stop Windows through the MINAS A5/A6 USB driver. Panasonic has not published the driver's vulnerable routine, the input that reaches it, or the out-of-bounds operation that corrupts memory. Affected installations run Log Reader 15.0.0.591 and earlier, PANATERM 6.0.13.0 and earlier or 7.5.0.0 and earlier, or PANATERM for Multi 6.2.3.1 and earlier; exploitation requires interaction with the USB driver and interrupts the Windows host.
