Sensitive log disclosure via missing capability check

Missing authorization in activity-log.com Activity Log for WordPress 1.2.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read log data. The winter_activity_log_action() function serves exposed activity-log records without checking whether the caller has the required capability. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to retrieve sensitive entries, including an administrator's password, without modifying data or interrupting service.
