Local file disclosure via HDF5 external references

Arbitrary file read in Keras 3.0.0 before 3.12.1 and 3.13.0 before 3.13.2 allows remote attackers to disclose local data. The HDF5 weight-loading path follows attacker-controlled external dataset storage and ExternalLink paths, then materializes bytes from process-readable files into model tensors. Exploitation requires a user or CI workflow to load the malicious artifact; safe mode does not cover weight I/O, and disclosure is limited to files readable by the Keras process.
