Unauthenticated file disclosure via leading path traversal

Path traversal in facil.io 0.7.58 and earlier allows remote attackers to read files outside the public folder via crafted HTTP paths. The http_sendfile2 function concatenates public_folder with the request target, and http_test_encoded_path fails to reject a leading ../ sequence. The flaw is reachable only when public_folder is enabled, and exposure is limited to files readable by the server process.
