Local command execution via interpolated destination path

OS command injection in @publint/pack 0.1.0 through 0.1.4 allows local users to execute arbitrary commands via a crafted destination path. The pack function interpolates its destination option into a shell command string passed to child_process.exec, causing shell metacharacters and command substitutions to be evaluated. Exploitation requires a local caller or consuming application to supply an attacker-controlled destination, and commands run with the Node.js process's privileges.
