Local command execution via crafted file path

OS command injection in Danger JS 13.0.0 through 13.0.7 allows local users to execute commands through a crafted repository file path. The danger.git.diffForFile path reaches localGetFileAtSHA, which interpolates the path into a git show command string passed to child_process.exec, so embedded quotes and shell metacharacters escape the intended argument. Exploitation requires control of a repository filename processed by the local CLI, and injected commands run with the Danger process's privileges, allowing data access or modification and CI interruption.
