Cross-site scripting in GitLab CE/EE 19.2 before 19.2.2 allows remote authenticated users to escalate privileges through a CI job modal. The CI manual-job confirmation modal renders attacker-controlled HTML without adequate sanitization, allowing script execution in another user's browser context. Developer-role access and interaction by another user are required; successful exploitation compromises confidentiality and integrity but does not interrupt service.
