Authentication bypass in miniOrange 2FA before 6.2.8 allows remote authenticated users to take over accounts by guessing TOTP codes. The login flow keys its failed-attempt counter to a client-supplied session_id, and submitting valid credentials without one issues a fresh identifier. A target account must use TOTP, and attackers must know its username and password; resetting the identifier removes the three-guess limit.
