Subscriber-level secret disclosure via AJAX fall-through
Published Aug 8, 2026 · Updated Aug 8, 2026
Sensitive data disclosure in WP Directory Kit before 1.5.5 allows remote authenticated users to read plugin secrets through AJAX. The wdk_admin_action handler accepts the settings page and index function without authorization or nonce validation, then an invalid field skips the guarded save branch and falls through to render the settings page. Subscriber access is sufficient, and configured reCAPTCHA, Google Maps, and RapidAPI secrets appear in the returned input values.
