Subscriber-level SQL injection via unescaped field list
Published Aug 8, 2026 · Updated Aug 8, 2026
SQL injection in WP Directory Kit before 1.5.5 allows remote authenticated users to read database data through a WordPress AJAX request. The wdk_admin_action handler dispatches ajax_save_order without authorization or nonce validation and places the unescaped data_fields_list value into an SQL statement. Subscriber access and a configured directory with at least one field are sufficient; blind time delays disclose arbitrary database values, including password hashes.
