Stored XSS via temporary filename type check

Stored XSS in Themeisle Orbit Fox 3.0.0 through 3.0.7 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript via an uploaded SVG. The SVG upload module's sanitize_uploaded_file method checks the random temporary filename instead of the original uploaded filename, so SVG content bypasses sanitization. The module must be enabled, the attacker needs upload_files capability, and the script runs in the site origin when the stored file is viewed.
