Subscriber-level stock manipulation via unchecked REST endpoint

Improper access control in Weptile Mobile App for WooCommerce through 0.4.62 allows remote authenticated users to alter product stock. A batch product stock REST endpoint accepts stock-update requests without checking whether the caller has product-editing capabilities. Customer or subscriber access is sufficient to change arbitrary products' inventory quantities, disrupting storefront availability and order handling.
