Authenticated customer data disclosure via unchecked profile ownership
Published Aug 27, 2026 · Updated Aug 27, 2026
Authorization bypass in Weptile Mobile App for WooCommerce 0.4.62 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read other customers' data. A customer-profile REST endpoint accepts a user-controlled customer identifier and returns the referenced profile without confirming that it belongs to the requester. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to expose another customer's email address, name, and roles; no ability to modify records is reported.
